Technical Account ManagerReuters Vietnam, A Thomson Reuters Company - Hà Nội, Hà Nội
You are a key person who lead our technology, service, and strategic programs within Thomson Reuters top 1,500 clients (medium to large accounts with medium to high complexity) working with account teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience, retain and support revenue growth.
The purpose of the TAM role is to provide technical pre-sales, sales and post-sales support as well as drive technical sales execution for our clients.
You will leverage client relationships to influence client's technical priorities by consistently communicating product and service roadmaps, best practices and business critical programs.
In addition, you will help clients to manage risk by leading local Service and Health reviews (incl. change and capacity management).

Report: You will report to ASEAN Technical Account Manager in Singapore.
The role may involve travel
Work with account team to execute sales opportunities and assist in the promotion of Thomson Reuters products and technologies.
Focus on delighting our clients through proactive service management initiatives demonstrating a thorough knowledge of client needs.
Establish and maintain a trusted advisor role to our client and own the client technical relationship.
Full involvement in client technology initiatives and opportunistic lead identification.
Meet with clients to review all ongoing business, technical projects, service issues, and maintain and drive mutually agreed project plans and issues lists.
Perform capacity planning through regular reviews of bandwidth reports and system capacity reports.
Work with their account team to execute sales opportunities and assist in the promotion of Thomson Reuters products and technologies.
Work with TAMs in other regions to obtain a broad understanding of clients' overall goals to help ensure that our clients gain maximum business advantage from our products and value added services.
Responsible for championing clients' feedback to internal groups on service expectations and service performance.
Maintain awareness of industry and regulatory directions and work with clients to implement required changes.
Participate in strategic migration activities.
Acts as client escalation point for all issues impacting technical services ensuring the proper actions are taken by Thomson Reuters to produce a satisfactory outcome for clients.
Bachelor Degree or above in relevant field.
Understanding of computer systems architecture and networking concepts.
Knowledge of the role of market data in our clients trading environment.
Fluent in English communication.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to drive and deliver resolutions to problems in a high-pressure time-sensitive environment.
Able to work with people in a team to satisfy client requirements, execute change management initiatives and influence action both within the clients' organization and within Thomson Reuters.
Able to manage many parallel work streams and to maintain timely progress while attending to ongoing event-driven requirements.
Must be able to grasp and apply technical concepts and apply them in a variety of contexts.
Ability to think through and contribute diverse perspectives.
